Symptoms
When you try to update an uploaded file in Content Studio nothing happens
and the dialog shown continues to display for ever.
Cause
This is an internal error in the upload module of Content Studio version
4.0 build 1005. Other versions are not effected. Also this problem does not
occur with new documents.
Resolution
This problem has been fixed in Content Studio version 4.0 build 1006. Until
your system administrator has upgraded Content Studio you can delete the file
and remove it from the recycle bin and upload the file again. This will create a
new document with a new id in replace of the old one. If you have links to the
old file using its id all these links must be updated.
Status
This is a confirmed bug in the version mentioned above. The problem has
been fixed in build 1006.
